Credits are our platform's unified currency. Instead of limiting how many videos you can export or how many characters you can create, you are allocated a set budget of credits every month. Different models cost different amounts, and the price of each is shown before you generate. You are only ever charged for what a generation actually used — if it comes in cheaper than quoted, the difference returns to your balance.
Your plan's monthly allowance does not roll over — it resets at each renewal, which is what keeps the price predictable. Credits you earn from referrals, and credits you buy as a top-up, are separate: those last 30 days from the day they arrive and are unaffected by a renewal. When you generate, we always spend whichever credits are closest to expiring first.
Yes. Use the top-up slider above to buy any amount from 160,000 credits ($20.00) to 1,000,000 as a one-time payment. They are added to your balance immediately after checkout and are valid for 30 days from purchase. Your subscription is untouched.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When upgrading, additional credits will be calculated and added instantly. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period.
Our system detects hard failures and provider time-outs. 100% of reserved credits are refunded back to your balance immediately if a generation fails to produce your asset.
