Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ViralGraph. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

1. What ViralGraph does

ViralGraph lets you build reusable assets — characters, environments and objects — assemble them into a storyboard, and render short videos using third-party AI models. Output quality depends on those models and on the descriptions you provide.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older. This is a paid service that generates images and video from AI models, and no content filter is certain — see section 7.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
  • One person per account. Don't share credentials.

3. Subscriptions, credits and billing

  • Credits are what buy generation. There are three kinds, and they expire on different clocks:
  • Plan credits. Each subscription includes a monthly allowance. They expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over— a new period starts you at your plan's full allowance regardless of what went unused. Cancelling ends them when the subscription ends.
  • Earned credits. Paid for referrals and for templates you publish that other people use — see section 4 for what has to happen before one is owed. They expire 30 days after you earn them, whether or not you have a subscription, and a renewal or a cancellation does not affect them.
  • Top-up credits. Bought outright, as a one-time payment, in any amount between 160,000 and 1,000,000 credits. They expire 30 days after purchase, are not part of any plan, do not renew, and are unaffected by cancelling one.
  • Generating images and videos consumes credits at rates shown before you confirm. Credits closest to expiring are always spent first.
  • A subscription is not required to spend earned or top-up credits, but we do not offer a free allowance: without one of the three above, nothing can be generated.
  • If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are refunded automatically, to the same kind they were taken from.
  • Credits of every kind have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for money.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Checkout happens on Stripe's own pages and we never see or store your card details.
  • All prices are in US dollars.If you choose to pay in another currency, Stripe converts the amount at its own rate, which includes a conversion fee of roughly 2–4% charged to you rather than to us. You can always choose to pay in US dollars instead, in which case your own bank's rate and any fees apply.

4. Referrals and template rewards

Two things earn credits. Both are ours to calculate, and this section says when one is actually owed.

  • Referrals. When somebody who signed up through your link pays for a subscription, you are paid 3,000 credits, then 5,000 for the next, then 7,000 for the one after that, and the cycle repeats. A sign-up alone earns nothing — the payment is what counts, which is also why referring yourself costs you more than it pays.
  • Template rewards. When someone else generates from a project cloned from a template you published, you are paid 20% of what we made on that generation after provider costs. A generation that made us nothing pays nothing, and using your own template pays nothing.
  • Rewards arrive as earned credits, with the expiry described in section 3. They are credits for use here — not money, not transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • We may withhold or reverse a reward obtained through fraud, chargeback, duplicate or automated accounts, or any scheme whose purpose is to generate rewards rather than to bring in a genuine user. We may also change the amounts, the cycle, or the share — for rewards not yet earned. Ones already in your balance are yours to spend.

5. Refunds and cancelling

Payments are not refunded.A subscription buys a month's access and a month's credits, and a top-up buys credits outright. Both are ours to pay for from the moment they are granted, whether or not you spend them, and both expire as described in section 3.

You can cancel at any time, from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end the month you have already paid for, so your plan credits and your work stay reachable until that period runs out. Once it does, unused plan credits end with it.

Earned and top-up credits are not part of a plan and do not end with one. They keep their own 30 days, and you can still generate with them after a subscription has lapsed.

If something goes wrong on our side — a generation that fails, credits taken for something you never received — tell us and we will put it right. That is not a refund of your subscription; it is us correcting our own mistake, and it is not limited by this section.

None of this removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, which in some places includes a right to cancel a distance contract within a set period.

6. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the prompts, reference images and videos you create.
  • You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display your content in order to run the service.
  • You're responsible for having the rights to any reference image you upload — including any likeness it contains.
  • Publishing a template gives your cast and your writing away. The pipeline travels, and so do the generated sheets for your characters, environments and objects, and the storyboard as you wrote it — every clip, with its description, dialogue, shot type and duration. Anyone who clones it gets all of that and may use it in films of their own, including films they sell.
  • What a model made from it stays with you: the frames drawn for each clip, the takes rendered from them, your finished videos, and any music you uploaded. A clone opens on your storyboard with nothing generated in it.
  • You keep ownership of a shared character and of what you wrote, but publishing grants everyone who clones the template a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, adapt and publish those images and that writing as part of what they make. It cannot be withdrawn from work already made under it. If that is not what you want for a character or a script, do not publish the project it lives in.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use ViralGraph to create:

  • Content depicting real people without their consent, including deepfakes.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or content sexualising real people without consent.
  • Content that harasses, defames, or incites violence against anyone.
  • Material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
  • Disinformation presented as genuine footage of real events.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, remove material, and refuse service — immediately and without notice where the breach is serious. Credits on a closed account are not refunded, and section 5 already says why. Underlying AI providers apply their own content policies, which may reject a generation independently of us.

Those filters are not certain. The models are ours to choose but not ours to control, and one can return something explicit, disturbing or otherwise unwanted from a description that asked for nothing of the kind. It is a reason this service is for adults, and a reason to look at what you have made before you publish it. If a generation returns something it should not have, tell us at support@viralgraph.app — we pass it to the provider, and it is how a filter gets better.

8. AI-generated content

Output is generated by machine learning models and may contain errors or unintended resemblances. Review anything you produce before publishing it. Many platforms require AI-generated content to be labelled — meeting those requirements is your responsibility.

9. Availability

We aim to keep ViralGraph running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We depend on third-party AI providers, and their outages or policy changes can affect generation. The service is provided "as is", without warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost content.

Some places do not allow a limit like this against a consumer. Where that is so, it does not apply to you, and the rest of this section stands.

11. Things we do not promise

Said plainly, because a limit nobody understood is a limit a court reads against whoever wrote it:

  • We do not promise that a generation will succeed, look the way you imagined, or be usable. You are paying for the attempt and the compute it costs, which is spent whether or not you like the result.
  • We do not promise that what you generate is free of resemblance to a real person, an existing work or someone else's character. Checking that before you publish is yours to do.
  • We do not promise that anything you make is protectable by copyright. In several countries purely AI-generated output is not, and that is the law's position rather than ours.
  • We do not promise the service, a model, or a price will stay available. Providers retire models and change rates, sometimes without warning to us.
  • We are not responsible for what you do with what you make, or for what a platform you post it to decides about it.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe something made or hosted here infringes your copyright, write to support@viralgraph.app with:

  • The work you say has been infringed, and proof you own it or act for the owner.
  • A link to the material in question — a shared page address is enough.
  • Your name and a contact address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use was not authorised, and that what you have told us is accurate.

We aim to respond within five business days. Material that appears infringing may be removed or made unreachable while we look into it, and accounts that repeatedly infringe may be closed. If your material was removed and you think that was wrong, reply to the same address and say why.

13. Your responsibility for what you make

You decide what to describe, what to generate and what to publish. If a claim is brought against us because of something you made here or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the cost of defending it and any award or settlement that follows — including reasonable legal fees.

This does not apply to a claim that arises from our own breach of these terms, and nothing in this section takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

14. Governing law

ViralGraph is run by an individual, not a company, and is available worldwide. These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator resides, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute — without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Wherever you live, this does not remove rights your local consumer law gives you that cannot be waived, including any right to bring a claim where you are.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that part is read as narrowly as the law allows rather than struck out whole.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.

16. Language

The parties confirm that it is their express wish that these terms and all related documents be drawn up in English.
