Privacy Policy

This explains what ViralGraph collects, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

• Account — your name, email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture. We never store passwords in readable form.
• Your projects — the prompts, settings and canvas structure you create, plus any reference images you upload.
• Generated assets — the images and videos produced for you, held in object storage.
• Billing — your subscription status and credit history. Card details go straight to our payment processor; they never reach our servers.
• Technical — logs and error reports needed to keep the service working.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

• AI model providers — receive your prompts and reference images in order to generate content. This is unavoidable: it is what generation is.
• Our payment processor— billing and card handling. We use Stripe, named here because you already meet it: checkout happens on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store your card number.
• Our storage provider — the images and videos you generate.
• Our database and application hosts — running the service.
• Our email provider — account and billing email.
• Our error-reporting provider — diagnosing faults. We scrub credentials before sending.

If you need the specific processors — for a data protection assessment, or because you are exercising a data right — write to us and we will tell you.

We may also disclose data where legally required, or to investigate abuse.

What's public

Your projects are private by default. Publishing a template makes its name, description, structure and prompts visible to other users, along with the generated sheets for your characters, environments and objects — anyone who clones it receives those images. Your storyboards and your finished videos are not published, and your email never is.

How long we keep it

• Account and project data: until you delete your account.
• Generated assets: until you delete them or close your account.
• Credit ledger entries: retained after account deletion where needed for financial and tax records.
• Password reset tokens: one hour, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@viralgraph.app and we'll respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your projects and generated assets. Templates you published may remain available to users who already cloned them.

International Data Transfers

Your personal information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. By using ViralGraph, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your information to our infrastructure and third-party processors (including database, object storage, AI model providers, payment processing, and analytics) operating in the United States.

Security & Data Breach Response

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited to what operating the service requires. In the event of a security incident or confidentiality breach involving your personal information that presents a real risk of serious harm, we will promptly notify affected users and relevant data protection authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as light or dark mode. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

ViralGraph is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and the terms require you to be 18 to hold an account. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we delete it.

Changes

We'll announce material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
